What a great experience! The staff is super friendly and chill. Daniel gave us great recommendations for places to go and we ended up at one of the most amazing cenotes ever. Beautiful rooms, beautiful atmosphere. Close to everything in town. Great price. The bartender and the young lady helping hold down the restaurant were also amazing. EVERYONE!!! We would 100% come back! Thank you guys.

It is true- this hotel is a nightclub/hostel, as well as hotel, (especially on busy nights.) Very trendy and young. They would not let me cancel my reservation 2 days ahead of time, when I realized that the atmosphere was definitely not my scene, and I was staying on their busiest night. It seems that the employees (who are everywhere,) could be better utilized in maintaining the hotel, as a few updates were needed. The pool has no ladder, or shallow end, so hold onto your bottoms when you lurch yourself out! LOL. However- I lost my phone in my cab while I was there and when I needed help, everyone really stepped up and helped me out. The mixologist at the bar is really worth watching, very talented. For being a very young and vibrant atmosphere, I felt safe and welcomed/taken care of, as a guest.
